Asteria Group Holdings has a diversified interests in financial services, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics, skin care products, and supplements in South Africa - with a vision to be a multinational. The Group has seven companies with five product brands (AP) that are leading players in their sectors. The company was founded by Resa Kahn in 2002. Asteria Pharmaceuticals CC - 2003, followed which was later converted to Asteria Pharmaceuticals SA (Pty) Ltd. Asteria Pharmaceuticals is the contract and developers’ manufacturers of BioDermal Skin Tech and MyGoLean - Appetite + Fat Burn Solutions, soon to launch is BCA Solutions.

AFS - Asteria Financial Services Pty - Ltd was founded 11 years ago and is fully FSP licensed. Addition to the Asteria Group Holding family is Asteria Aesthetics, founded by CEO, Resa Kahn early 2019. Dr Steve Botha joined the Asteria Aesthetics team mid-2019, as aesthetic practitioner. Subsequently the practice has expanded and two new doctors have joined the team .Asteria Group Holdings is 21 years in the making.

Through a tragic personal experience Resa founded Resa Kahn for the Love of beauty that is her platform for ‘giving back’ and ‘paying it back’ Her vision for the Asteria Group is that it would provide quality services and equitable rates, as well as give to charities.
